How can we prove that the honey we bought in the market is authentic pure honey?
The picture below is a comparison of real pure honey and not so pure 😉 not only because of their color but also their taste and price. Real Raw Honey are more expensive than the others. If you want to be sure, try to put a small amount of honey in a container to your freezer.. when it freezes, it means it has sugar unlike pure honey, it stays moist and do not freeze.
Our Honey has a light color because laywan is sipping flower nectar which they converted to honey syrup. We make sure to collect honeycomb within 25-30days to ensure the freshness of the product.
